Bylaws govern how many officers there will be, how the board is established and basically how a corporation conducts business. The 2010 board found that there were no bylaws for the Brookhaven Homeowners Association of Edmond, Inc. The Beautification committee made arrangements to have the recent record snows cleared from the entrance by our landscape contractor. Even though these are public streets, the city does not clear, salt or sand them.
