My husband Mike and I moved to Oklahoma from Colorado Spring in the fall of 1994. Although we did not move to Edmond until 2002. We wanted to find a good school system for our three children and started looking to buy our first house. That is when we found the Brookhaven Neighborhood. We loved the area instantly and moved in Sept of 2002 to our home. There are great schools and Brookhaven was and still is a kid friendly neighborhood. It is an established neighborhood with great trees and kind neighbors. We came on board the HOA in 2007 helping with the events. It helps having our kids giving us ideas, we have fun as a family. I would love to see more families get involved with the HOA. If we would all give some input and a little bit of our time I think our neighborhood will prosper for many, many more years and give other people and families a great place to live.
