Jeri Towler

Jeri Towler is an avid volunteer for the underprivileged including for her younger sister who was born mentally handicapped. Throughout her life Jeri has participated in the joys of helping those who are in need. As a community volunteer, Jeri aided organizations in acquiring tax exempt status and in fund raising.
In 2004, Jeri incorporated her law practice and today she limits her practice to not for profit law. Projects have included separating not for profit organizations from governmental agencies, assisting organizations in attaining tax exempt status or maintaining tax exempt status, managing issues surrounding embezzlement, merging or dissolving organizations as well as updating bylaws and policies. In addition, Jeri enjoys teaching legal responsibility classes to and for a variety of organizations and foundations.
