Meeting to discuss Preliminary Plat of Birnam Woods
You are cordially invited to attend a meeting to discuss the Preliminary Plat for
Birnam Woods Addition to be located on the southwest corner of Covell and Bryant.
This meeting will be held in the Banquet Hall, Room 107, of the Edmond
Downtown Community Center, 28 E. Main, on the southwest corner of Main and
Littler in Downtown Edmond from 6:00-7:00 P.M., on Thursday May 26, 2011.
This meeting is coordinated by the Community Connections Program. The meeting
format will consist of a review of the project by the developer and then a time for
questions and discussion of issues specifically relating to the proposal. The
purpose of the meeting is to provide information to the residents about the
proposed project and for the developer to answer questions and listen to issues
raised by the residents. While city staff representatives from the Planning
Department may attend this meeting, the purpose is not to hear from the city but
for the residents and the developer to have an informal discussion about the
proposed project.
Please join us at the DOWNTOWN COMMUNITY CENTER on THURSDAY,
May 26, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. for this meeting where developers, the city, and
neighborhoods forge partnerships for managed growth in Edmond. We look
