First, I want to thank Doug Fasching for serving as secretary for several years. He helped with many changes in the association and sat through many long meetings about covenants and bylaws. Doug is stepping down this year.

Our At-Large Board Member, Greg Landowski, assumes the vacancy until the next Annual Meeting on July 20th. Greg has served as Member At-Large for several years and is familiar with the association. He and I have walked many blocks and met many of you. Be sure to thank him the next time you see him.
