All Brookhaven homeowners are invited to hear about what the Association is doing for the neighborhood and for an accounting of the dues paid.

Do you already support your HOA with annual dues? Maybe you even supported the effort several years ago to make dues mandatory. That effort succeeded in Plat 1 and now homeowners in all plats can elect their property into the new covenants, which makes dues mandatory for that property in the future.
Why do this? If you already pay dues, it ensures financial and legal support for maintenance and appearance of the neighborhood long after you move or sell your property.
If you are interested, come to the Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to submit your Lot Declaration form, or contact the officers at president@brookhavennorth.org or treasurer@brookhavennorth.org for the form and a free notary.
