Intersection Closure
As part of the Brookhaven drainage project, our contractor has closed the entire intersection of Brookhaven Drive and Brookwood Place. This closure will be in place for a couple of weeks to reconstruct the concrete paving, and the intersection will be impassable during this time. Thank you for your patience. Garage Sale 2016
The Brookhaven HOA Garage Sale is Saturday, September 24, 2016, starting at 8:00 a.m. The HOA provides notice of the garage sale and you provide the treasures.
Covell Flowerbed Volunteers Needed
The next Brookhaven HOA workday is Saturday, October 1, starting at 9:00 a.m., Covell entrance. We will be preparing the flower beds for new plant materials next spring. Come help dig plants and spread compost. See you then! P.S. Raindate will be Saturday, October 15.
Construction on Brookhaven Dr.
The City of Edmond will be doing road construction at the intersection of Brookwood and Brookhaven Drive. The project will replace and upsize storm sewer lines where the hump is located. The project will last approximately 120 days.
Covenant Violation Assessments
The updated covenants provide for Specific Assessments when neighbors violate the covenants on their property.
